- water crackers with a slice of low fat cheese
Dinner:
- 2 hot dogs
- 1 / 2 cup broccoli
- 1 / 2 cup carrots
- 1 / 2 banana
- 1 / 2 cup vanilla ice cream
Day 3
Breakfast:
- 5
- water crackers with a slice of low fat cheese
- 1 block
- coffee or tea
Lunch:
- 1
egg 1 slice -
- coffee or tea
Dinner:
- 1 cup
- tuna 1 cup beets
- 1
cup cauliflower - 1 / 2 melon
- 1 / 2 cup vanilla ice cream
this must be respected to the letter. The coffee and tea without sugar as possible. If ice cream is better diet.

PS: This diet not only helps you lose weight but also, somewhat happy life ... Who does not Pienza that Wednesday is the worst day of the week? Now if I do the diet as of Monday through Wednesday, this day happens to be a fabulous day ... just because you end the diet and tomorrow we go back to eating what we like ... haha
